- Biographical or historical data
- Jacob Raymond Baldwin was born August 3, 1886. Baldwin attended public schools in Seymour, Jackson County, Indiana. He and his wife, Jennie G. Baldwin (1890-1978), had two daughters, Edna M. and Helen G. He later lived in Indianapolis, where he worked as a mixer of ingredients for the Barbasol Company, which manufactured the well-known brand of Barbasol shaving cream, beginning in 1935. Jacob Baldwin died in February, 1982.
